This inspection mainly deals with the condition & integrity of structural elements and non structural elements that can be conducive to structural defects as well as a range of general maintenance items to the building. Includes asbestos & safety advice.

THE PRE-PURCHASE OR ANNUAL TERMITE-TIMBER PEST INSPECTION
This inspection is designed to detect & advise on any past or current Termite & Borer activity, within the building and within the property boundaries to 30m of the main building.

These inspections are conducted in relation to individual, specific items or requirements. Such instances may include but are not limited to concerns relating to cracks, sagging ceilings, tree root interference, roof leaks etc.
A special purpose inspection refers to inspecting a particular item of concern only and may or may not be followed up with a written report (depending upon client requirements).
IMPORTANT;
Guardian DOES NOT engage unqualified or inexperienced individuals or persons who conduct inspections under a third parties licence or business.
Guardian DOES NOT carry out repairs or treatments to properties inspected by Guardian. This is absolutely paramount to maintaining impartiality and providing a truly honest report that avoids any conflict or potential self interest.
