Satisfactory practical completion (this may require a snag list)

Pergola & decking / paving
Site drainage
Windows & Glazing
Doors
Sanitary fixtures
Kitchen fixtures
Smoke alarms & electrical breakers
Plumbing
Tiling
Ceilings
Plastering
Roof covering
Gutters & downpipes
Eaves sheeting, fascias & barges
Painting
Other fixtures included in contract eg floor coverings
Site clean
NOTE; Roofing components & Brick work inspections are part of ‘staged’ inspections. At practical completion stage, roofing and brick work elements will be covered and inspection of these items restricted. For new work, all 3 stages of inspection is recommended.
